# Client Digital Twin

> How Palantrix builds a working picture of the people your team meets.

A Client Digital Twin is a record of an individual your organisation deals with, built from what your team already knows about them. When someone rehearses a conversation, they practice against that specific person rather than a generic buyer, so the questions, objections and tone reflect who they're actually going to meet.

### How they are created

From your CRM. Connect your CRM and Palantrix builds Client Digital Twins from the contact records you already hold, keeping them in step as those records change. Available on paid plans.

Directly in Palantrix. Add an organisation, then the individuals your team deals with. This is how the free plan works, and it also suits smaller teams who don't run a CRM.

### What goes into a Client Digital Twin

The basics come from your CRM or from what you enter: name, role, organisation and where they sit in a decision.

The useful part is what your team adds about previous conversations. What this person asked about. Which objections they raised. What they pushed back on and what they moved past quickly. Whether they arrive early in a process or late, and who else is usually in the room.

<Warning>
  Record what happened, not what you think the person is like. "Asked twice about implementation effort and wanted timelines in writing" gives Palantrix something to work with. "Difficult to deal with" does not, and it isn't something you'd want on a record either.
</Warning>

### How they improve over time

After a real conversation takes place, Palantrix follows up in Slack or Microsoft Teams and asks what came up. Those answers feed straight back into the Client Digital Twin.

The practical effect is that the next person preparing for that customer starts from a better picture than the last one did, and knowledge about a client stops living solely in one salesperson's head.

  **A note on personal data**

  Client Digital Twins describe real people. Your organisation remains the controller of that data and Palantrix processes it on your instructions under our Data Processing Agreement. We record the source and date of each field so you can respond to access requests. See Compliance for the detail.

### Quick Tips

* Auto populate a test company and 2 test contacts in the Getting Started link in the leftnav.
* Create a test conversation and invite your employee to rehearse against it and get them to publish the evaluation, so you can see how it all hangs together.
