First time users need to sign up to create their Palantrix account.You must use a business or company domain email to sign up. Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo accounts are not permitted. For additional protection set a secure password that you do not use on any other site.

On the free plan you can create customer records directly in Palantrix.

Please visit app.palantrix.com and click on the Sign Up link.

Add your Email
Enter your business email and press Sign Up.
A business email address is required to create an organisation account.Palantrix holds information about your team and about the people your organisation deals with, so accounts are tied to a verified organisation rather than an individual.

Enter your OTP
An One-Time-Passcode (OTP) will be sent to your email address. Please open your email and retrieve the 6-digit code and enter it in the OTP fields and click Verify & Continue.
If you have not received your OTP email, please check your SPAM or JUNK folders

Enter and Confirm your password
Enter in a strong password. We validate that you use at least:
- Password must be at least 8 characters long
- One uppercase letter
- One lowercase letter
- One number
- One special character e.g. !, &, %, $, @, +, *, ?
Quick Tips
- Use an email that is easily accessible to retrieve your OTP and complete your verification. This must be a business email account. Check that your business email filter has not blocked or put the OTP invite into the SPAM folder.
- If you have already created an account just use the Login option on the same page.
