In the Team Chemistry page start to create a Team e.g. Engineering or Finance etc.
Don’t forget to connect your Slack or Teams BEFORE you invite your team members as that will give you the correct channel to invite them to take part in the interview process.
2
Invite your Team Members and select the Channel you want them to complete their interview through. There are 3 options
  • Slack
  • Teams
  • Palantrix invite
If Palantrix invite is selected the employee will be sent a link to log into Palantrix and to conduct a video interview or to just answer the questions in a written form.
3
Once the employee submits their interview the Palantrix AI will evaluate them against the 20 personality traits and start to build a Team DNA profile for your team. The more team members you get to fill in the interview the more robust and complete the profile will be.

Once you have received as many of your employee interviews as you want then you can click on the View Team Analysis. This is where the AI aggregates the trait profiles and creates a team profile. You will use this profile to screen candidates for future positions in that team - this is outlined in the Post a Job section.
