Completing your profile is quick and easy. It sets you up to promote your Company to candidates when you come to post a Job or look for exceptional candidates.

Complete Profile Setup

Comp Onboarding1 PnThe Profile ‘boxes’ appear on your Home page under the Explainer Video banner.
  • Click on each card within the Complete Your Profile section to add details about your Company:
    • Company Name.
    • Main Contact Person within your organisation linked to the Palantrix account.
    • Contact number.
    • Company Profile description - a sentence or two about your company.
    • Job Categories - just a general feel of what areas you are looking to source candidates in, so we can tailor your experience more appropriately.
Adding these short details will help candidates know a bit more about your company when you go to post a Job or a Palantrix Short.

Security - MFA

  • Navigate to your Settings from the pull down list in the left navigation panel.
  • Click on Settings > Enable MFA (Multi Factor Authentication).
Security2 Pn
  • Open an authenticator app on your phone - two top choices are Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
  • Scan the image and enter in the 6 digit code and click verify.
  • All subsequent logins will now require the use of the MFA in order to access your Palantrix account.
Enabling MFA is recommended on your Palantrix account and is a great additional way to keep it secure.
