HIreHub

  • Navigate to the HireHub section in the app by clicking on Apps and HireHub.
  • Here you can manage replies and view responses from candidates in the Email Correspondence card.
To initiate a new contact with a candidate this must be done from the View Profile section when reviewing a candidates submission. Navigate to Jobs > Click on View > Click on the Candidate you want to email and Send Message.

Follow Up Interviews

  • Manage all your follow up interviews from the HireHub.
  • Like New Email Communications, create a follow up must be done in the View Profile section under Candidate Submissions.
