Create Follow Up Interviews

It is important to note that the AI evaluations is the first step in the screening process. Human led interviews are an integral part of the overal hiring process. Palantrix facilitates the creation of these virtual interviews using our integrated conference functionality.
  • Navigate to the candidate that you want to create the follow up interview with - navigate to Jobs > View > Candidate or Search for a Candidate in the main search area, or under Favourities or Palantrix Superheros section in the app.
  • Click on the Schedule New Interview button. Comms3 Pn
  • A follow Up interview can also be created by clicking on the Play Interview button and then on the Follow Up button in the next page.

Invite Candidate

We recommend emailing the candidate first before scheduling a follow up interview, so you can establish the best time for all parties involved.Automated scheduling will be coming soon to Palantrix to save you time and to automatically synch with your availability.
  • Enter in the date and time and a note to the candidate and click on ‘Schedule Follow-up Call’.
  • Our system will automtaically send an invite to the candidate (and your company email) and create a unique meeting id.
  • You can view all your upcoming interviews in the Apps > HireHub section in the app.
  • We will automatically send out interview reminders to you and the candidate, the day before and 30mins before the interview.

  • Invite & Manage all Follow Ups from the View Profile and HireHub sections in the app.
AI Summaries will be rolled out shortly for all follow up interviews so you can keep track of progress and easily come back and review follow up interviews with candidates.
